Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in The AI Course and our other programs, run by Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601. By reserving a seat, buying a program, or using our community, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what we sell

Provider: Ai With Remy LLC, 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. Contact: hello@aiwithremy.com.

We offer three things, and these Terms cover all of them:

  • The AI Course (the "Course"): a self-paced program in which Remy shares his AI operating system and teaches you to build your own. You buy it once and work through it in your own time. There are no fixed cohort dates and no scheduled start.
  • Build With Me: a limited, hands-on program with Remy, sold by application. Its price, scope, and number of sessions are set out to you in writing before you pay.
  • Enterprise: a bespoke program for companies, scoped and quoted after a discovery call and governed by a separate written agreement.

Where a section below applies to only one of these, it says so. Everything else applies to all three.

2. Enrolment and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. You agree to provide accurate enrolment and billing information. Your purchase is personal to you: your login, the materials, the recordings, the installed setup, and your community membership are for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Where a purchase includes seats for other named people, each seat belongs to one named person and the same restriction applies to each of them.

3. What the Course includes

When you complete payment for the Course, you get:

  • The recorded core curriculum, available to work through and rewatch at your own pace.
  • The install of Remy's own AI setup (skills, plugins, tools, and configuration), licensed to you for your own use under section 11.
  • Access to weekly live office hours with Remy while your access is active, plus guest sessions with subject-matter experts. Office hours are recorded and archived.
  • Access to the private community and the library of skills, templates, and updates while your access is active.
  • Three months of that access included in your purchase price, after which it continues as a paid membership unless you cancel. See section 8.

The Course is a living product. We add, replace, and retire lessons, skills, and tools as the AI landscape moves, and the library you see at any time will not be identical to the one you saw at purchase. See section 14.

What is yours to keep. The AI setup you install and build on your own machine stays on your machine and remains yours to use after your access ends, under the licence in section 11. Access to the hosted parts of what we sell (the lessons, the library, office hours, and the community) depends on your membership being active.

4. Seat deposits

You can reserve a place in a program ahead of its release by paying a deposit (the "Deposit"). The Deposit amount and what it locks in are shown at checkout.

(a) What the Deposit buys. A Deposit locks the discounted price shown at checkout for that seat, gives the seat holder access to the depositors' area of our community, and entitles the seat holder to access the program before general release. A Deposit does not by itself give you access to the program content.

(b) The Deposit is credited, not extra. The full amount of your Deposit is credited against the price of your seat. The balance payable at launch is the locked price minus the Deposit you have already paid.

(c) The Deposit is non-refundable. Except as set out in (d) and section 6(f), Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another product or another person. By paying a Deposit you acknowledge that it is a commitment fee securing discounted pricing and early access, and that it will not be returned if you decide not to complete your purchase.

(d) Our delivery commitment. If we have not made the program available to you within 90 days of your Deposit, you may ask us for a full refund of the Deposit, and we will pay it within 14 days of your request. The mandatory call in section 6(c) does not apply to a refund under this paragraph.

(e) Seats for other people. A Deposit is required per person. Where one purchaser pays for several seats, each named seat holder gets the benefits in (a) and the locked pricing in (b) applies to each of their seats.

(f) Relationship to the money-back guarantee. The guarantee in section 6(b) applies to program fees, from the date your access begins. It does not apply to Deposits, which are governed only by this section.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars (USD), and the price shown is the amount payable unless a discount applies at the time of purchase. Where a price is locked by a Deposit, that locked price is the one that applies to you, and it does not change if our standard price later changes.

You are responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion costs, or bank fees that apply to your payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Payment plans. Where a payment plan is offered at checkout, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge each instalment on its due date until the full amount is paid, and it is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file. If an instalment is missed or declined, you have seven days from its due date to bring the payment up to date. If it is still unpaid after those seven days, we may withdraw your access and cancel your purchase without refunding amounts already paid, and we will stop charging any remaining instalments. This does not limit your statutory rights under section 6(g).

6. Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Show up, do the work, and if it does not deliver, you get your money back.

(a) 3-day cooling-off period. You can cancel within 3 days of your purchase and receive a full refund. Email hello@aiwithremy.com within those 3 days from the address you bought with.

(b) 14-day money-back guarantee. You are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee that runs from the day your access to the program begins, not from the day you pay. If you buy before release, your 14 days start when we let you in. To be eligible, all we ask is that you have genuinely had a go at the build: worked through the material and used what you installed. If it still has not delivered for you, email hello@aiwithremy.com within those 14 days and we will refund you in full. We may ask you to show us what you built.

(c) Offboarding call. Before we process a refund we ask you to take a 15-minute offboarding call with us. On the call we confirm your enrolment details, hear what did not work, and arrange the wind-down of your access to the program and the community. When you email your request we will offer you a choice of reasonable times within the following seven days. A refund cannot be approved or paid until the call has taken place, so if you are not willing to take it we cannot process your request. This does not apply to a Deposit refund under section 4(d), and it does not limit your statutory rights under section 6(g).

(d) How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. If you are on a payment plan and your refund is approved, any remaining instalments are cancelled and the amounts you have already paid are refunded.

(e) Build With Me and Enterprise. For Build With Me, the 14-day guarantee in (b) applies to the program fee from the day your program starts, but we do not refund private sessions that have already been delivered, or that you booked and did not attend without giving us 24 hours' notice. Enterprise engagements are refunded only as set out in the written agreement for that engagement, not under this section.

(f) What is not refundable. Deposits, except under section 4(d). Purchases where the 3-day and 14-day windows have both passed. Purchases ended because of a serious breach of these Terms or our community rules (see section 12). Amounts already paid where a payment plan is cancelled for missed payments (see section 5). Community membership fees for a period already under way (see section 8).

(g) Your statutory rights. Nothing in this refund policy limits or removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, for example the Australian Consumer Law or consumer rights in the UK and EU. Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply and nothing here, including the call in (c), stands in their way.

7. Build With Me

Build With Me places are limited and sold by application. We may decline an application, and where we decline one after you have paid a deposit for a place, we refund that deposit in full.

Your written confirmation sets out how many private sessions you get, how long they run, and the window in which they must be used. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, sessions must be booked and used within six months of your program starting, after which unused sessions lapse. Sessions are with Remy personally. If he cannot make a booked session we will reschedule it, and if we cannot reschedule within a reasonable time we will refund the value of that session.

The work we do together is practical help with your business. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and section 13 applies to it in full.

8. Community membership

Your purchase of the Course includes three months of access to the community, office hours, and the library. After the included period, access continues automatically as a recurring subscription at the price shown to you when you joined, currently $147 per month or $297 per quarter, unless you cancel before the included period ends.

You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period that is already under way unless the law requires it. If we change the membership price, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Enterprise

Enterprise engagements are scoped after a discovery call and set out in a separate written agreement covering price, deliverables, timing, the number of people covered, and confidentiality. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement wins for that engagement. These Terms continue to apply to any individual seats in the Course that the engagement includes.

Nothing said on a discovery call, in a proposal, or in a quote is a binding commitment until both sides have signed the written agreement.

10. Third-party tools, AI accounts, and your own costs

The Course teaches you to build on tools we do not control, including Claude and other AI products, and the setup you install runs inside your own accounts with those providers. You are responsible for having those accounts, for paying whatever those providers charge, and for complying with their terms.

Those providers can change, price, restrict, or discontinue their products at any time, and if they do we will adapt the material as best we can. We are not responsible for their outage, pricing, or decisions.

AI systems make mistakes. Anything you build with what we teach is yours to run, review, and stand behind, including anything it produces or does on your behalf. Check its output before you rely on it, and keep a human in the loop for anything that matters.

11. Intellectual property and licence

All program materials, including recordings, written materials, templates, and the installed skills, plugins, tools, and configuration, are owned by Ai With Remy LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning and your own work, including the work you do for your own clients and inside your own company.

That licence continues for material you have installed on your own machine after your access ends. It does not let you copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share access to the materials, recordings, or community, share your login, or use any of it to build or teach a competing course, program, or product.

What you build with the material is yours. We claim no rights in your own work, your data, or your clients' work.

12. Community rules and conduct

The community is there to help you build. Treat other members and the team with respect. We may remove content, or suspend or remove a member, for harassment, spam, sharing access or logins, leaking materials, promoting unrelated offers, or other behaviour that harms the community. If we remove you for a serious breach of these Terms or the community rules, you are not entitled to a refund.

13. Educational purpose and results

What we sell is educational. It teaches you how to build and use an AI setup. It does not guarantee any particular financial result, income, time saved, or business outcome, and it is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. Results shown on our site are real outcomes from real people, and they are what those people achieved with their own effort and circumstances, not a promise of what you will achieve. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in.

14. Changes to the program, and cancellation by us

The Course is updated continuously, and we may add, change, replace, or retire lessons, skills, tools, office-hours formats, and guest sessions. We will not make a change that removes the substance of what you bought without telling you.

We aim to keep the Course and its community available for as long as we run them. If we discontinue the hosted program entirely, we will give you reasonable notice, keep access open for the period you have already paid for, and refund any period paid for beyond that. What you have installed on your own machine stays with you.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ai With Remy LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of our programs, the community, or anything you build with them. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Where a change affects a purchase you have already made, for example a change to your community membership, we will tell you before it applies. We post the current version on this page with its effective date.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Wyoming courts have jurisdiction. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (see section 6(g)).
