Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us") collects when you visit our website, join our newsletter, buy one of our programs, apply for Build With Me or Enterprise, or use our community, and what we do with it. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Who we are
We are Ai With Remy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We are the controller of your personal information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@aiwithremy.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name and email when you join the newsletter, reserve a seat, or buy.
- Account and purchase details, including the answers you give in our reservation, waitlist, or application questions, for example your role, company, team size, experience level, and what you want AI to help with.
- Application and discovery-call information for Build With Me and Enterprise, including what you tell us about your business, your team, and your workflows.
- Payment information when you pay a deposit, buy a program, or hold a membership. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, such as the last four digits of your card and your billing country, not your full card number.
- Anything you post in the community, and messages you send us.
Information from your use of the course and community
When you take part in a program and the community, we and the platform that runs it collect information about your participation: the posts and comments you make, the lessons you open and complete, your attendance at office hours, and how you interact with the materials. We use it to run the program, support you, and improve what we teach.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the site we collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and the referring link or ad that brought you here.
Visitor identification on our marketing pages
We want to be straight about this one. Our marketing pages use a visitor-identification service (RB2B) that can match a visitor to a professional profile, such as a name, work email, or LinkedIn profile, using their IP address and the provider's own data. We use it to understand which companies and roles our marketing reaches, and we may follow up with business visitors about our Enterprise program. If you would rather we did not do this with your visit, email hello@aiwithremy.com and we will delete what we hold about you and exclude you.
3. How we use your information
- run our programs, including access, lessons, office hours, recordings, and community membership;
- process deposits, payments, and memberships, and manage your account;
- send you the newsletter and emails about your purchase, your access, and what is new;
- review applications for Build With Me and Enterprise, and follow up on discovery calls;
- respond to your questions and provide support;
- measure and improve our marketing, including working out which ads, links, and pages lead to sales;
- show you our ads on other platforms, and build audiences of people similar to our customers;
- improve our website, content, and programs;
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and protect against fraud and misuse.
Marketing emails
By completing a purchase or subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails from Ai With Remy and The AI Course. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not affect the emails we need to send you about your purchase, such as access details, receipts, and account notices.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the UK and EU)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent, for marketing emails and for non-essential cookies and tracking, which you can withdraw at any time; performance of our contract with you, to deliver what you bought; and our legitimate interests, to run, secure, measure, and improve our business. Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the advertising and analytics tools below may count as "sharing" or "selling" under certain US state privacy laws, and section 9 explains how to opt out. We share information with the service providers that help us run the business, including:
- Stripe, to process payments securely.
- Circle, the platform that runs our courses and community and sends course-related notifications.
- Resend, to send and manage our emails and newsletter.
- Attio, our customer-relationship system, which holds your contact details and our history with you.
- Trakyo, for link tracking and working out which marketing brought you here.
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel, for advertising and measuring our ads.
- RB2B, for the visitor identification described in section 2.
- Cal.com, when you book a call with us.
- Our website hosting and analytics providers, to serve the site and understand how it is used.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members, or the public. If our business is sold or reorganised, customer information may transfer as part of it.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure usage, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and turning some off may affect how the site works. Most browsers also offer a "do not track" or global privacy control signal, and we honour the Global Privacy Control where the law requires us to.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account, purchase, or membership with us, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons, such as tax and accounting records, which we keep for seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to honour that choice. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the US and other countries. Where we transfer information from the UK, EU, or other regions, we rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and we take the steps applicable law requires to protect it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, receive a copy of your information, and opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing or sale of your information. If you are in California you have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. To make a request, email hello@aiwithremy.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
Our programs are for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at hello@aiwithremy.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we use established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We post the current version here with its effective date, and where a change is significant we will tell you by email.
