Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Who we are and how to reach us

"The AI Course" (the "Course") is a self-paced, on-demand program in which Remy teaches you to build your own AI Operating System. It includes recorded lessons, a guided setup plugin, live course updates for a fixed period, and access to a private community with live support.

Support is provided through the community, Office Hours and email during our normal working hours. We do our best to reply quickly, but we do not guarantee response times, and specific people, session times or coaches may change.

2. Enrolment and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. You agree to provide accurate enrolment and billing information.

Your enrolment is personal to you: access, materials, the plugin and community membership are for your use only and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Additional people from your team join through their own team seats (see section 4).

Earlier deposit purchases

If you paid a deposit for The AI Course before 16 September 2026 and pay the remaining balance, you are enrolled in the self-paced Course under these Terms, which replace the terms published when you paid your deposit. Your enrolment includes everything in section 3 at the standard level. It does not include the launch bonuses, which were offered only on new purchases in the launch window. Your 12-month access period and your 14-day guarantee both run from the day we make your access available. Your deposit and balance together count as the amount you paid for the purposes of sections 7 and 12.

3. What your enrolment includes

• The complete self-paced course: 36 bite-sized lessons across 8 sections, available on demand.
• The guided setup plugin, licensed to you for personal use, which builds the foundation of your AI Operating System and includes a small curated starter set of Skills.
• 12 months of course access and live course updates, starting on the day we make your access available. During those 12 months every update we release to the course, the plugin and the written materials is included.
• Export rights after the 12 months: you can download the lesson videos, the written materials and the plugin files as they stand at the end of your 12 months, at no extra cost, and keep and use them for your own personal use under section 8 for as long as you like. Updates released after your 12 months are not included. Recordings in The Library belong to the community membership in section 6 and are not part of the export.
• 3 months of access to The AI Community, or the longer period stated on our order page and at checkout, including live Office Hours, monthly Masterclasses and The Library. After the included period, membership continues as a paid subscription unless you cancel (see section 6).
• Access to the software perks and partner discounts available at the time. These are offered by third parties under their own terms, may require you to open an account with the partner, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and any headline value we quote for them is indicative only. We are not responsible for a partner's product, pricing or service.

Bonuses

Some purchases include bonuses described on our order page and at checkout, for example the launch offer in the Schedule at the end of these Terms. Bonuses are provided free with your enrolment, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a refund, discount or credit, and cannot be sold or transferred. Where a bonus has a deadline, the deadline runs from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. The same Terms and refund policy apply to every enrolment option unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Team seats

You may purchase additional seats for members of your team at the per-seat price shown at checkout. A team seat gives that person their own access to the course (12 months of course access and live updates, then export rights, on the same basis as section 3) and 1 month of access to The AI Community. You are responsible for the people you add. Each team member must accept these Terms when they accept their invitation; until they do, their access may be limited.

When a team seat's 1 month of community access ends, that person's community access ends unless it is renewed. Renewal is optional, at the monthly team-seat rate we publish at that time, and we will email you and the seat holder before the month ends.

Refunds for team seats

A purchased team seat is covered by the guarantee in section 7 on the same conditions, with the 14 days running from the day that seat's access is made available and the build steps completed by the seat holder. Seats bought in the same order as your own enrolment are refunded with it if your enrolment is refunded within your 14 days. A free bonus seat is not refundable in cash, and its access ends if your enrolment is refunded or cancelled.

5. Pricing and payment

The price of the Course is shown at checkout in US dollars (USD). The standard price is US$2,997 paid in full, or 6 weekly payments of US$547 (US$3,282 in total) under the payment plan. You can pay in full, or in instalments under a payment plan where we offer one at checkout. The number of instalments, the amount and date of each, and the total payable are shown at checkout before you pay; the total under a payment plan may be higher than the pay-in-full price. If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge each instalment on its due date until the full amount is paid. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Promotion codes

Where we run a promotion, the discount is applied at checkout before you pay, either automatically or by entering the promotion code in the promotion-code field. A code reduces the price of the payment option you choose by the amount shown at checkout. Codes are valid only during the dates we publish, apply to one purchase each, cannot be combined with any other discount, and cannot be transferred, sold or applied to a purchase that has already been completed.

Taxes and fees

Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, GST or a similar tax on your purchase, it is calculated from the billing address you give and shown at checkout before you pay. Where we are not required to collect it, you are responsible for any tax due in your country. Your bank may add currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees that we do not control and do not refund.

Missed payments on a payment plan

Each instalment is due on the date shown at checkout, and it is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file so each charge can be taken. If an instalment is missed or declined, you have a grace period of seven days from its due date to bring the payment up to date. If it is still unpaid after those seven days we may suspend your access to the Course and the community until it is paid. If it remains unpaid 30 days after its due date we may cancel your enrolment; you remain liable for any unpaid instalments, and we do not refund amounts already paid. This does not limit your statutory rights under section 7(e).

6. Recurring membership (The AI Community)

Your enrolment includes 3 months of The AI Community, or the longer period stated on our order page and at checkout. When the included period ends, your membership continues automatically as a monthly subscription charged to the payment method you used at checkout, at the monthly price shown at checkout when you enrolled (currently US$147 per month), unless you cancel first. This applies whether you paid in full or by payment plan.

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@aiwithremy.com, or from your community account settings where that option is available. Cancelling stops future charges, and your community access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the current month unless the law requires it. If we change the renewal price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Refund policy: the 14-day show-up-and-build guarantee

We want you to enrol with confidence. The Course is covered by a 14-day show-up-and-build money-back guarantee.

(a) How it works

Your 14 days run from the day we make your course access available (the day we send your Circle invitation), which is normally the day you buy. During those 14 days, go through the whole course and put it into practice: build your AI Operating System, install the plugin, connect your tools and create your first Skill. If you complete those steps and genuinely get no value, email hello@aiwithremy.com from the address you enrolled with before the 14 days end, and we will refund every dollar you have paid. If you do not accept your invitation or start the course, the 14 days still run from the day access was made available.

(b) What "complete the course" means and how we check

Completing the course means all 36 lessons are marked complete in your course account and the four build steps in (a) are done. When you ask for a refund we will ask you to show us, by screenshots or a short screen-share, your lesson progress, your AI Operating System folder with its context files, the installed plugin, at least one tool connected to your agent, and a Skill you created and ran. We may also offer a short call to confirm the details and wind down your access. The call is optional: declining it does not affect your refund. We aim to decide within 5 business days of receiving your evidence.

(c) How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. If you are on a payment plan, the guarantee covers you in the same way as paying in full: if your refund is approved we cancel every remaining instalment and refund every instalment you have paid. Instalments that fall due while we are considering your request are paused. A refund request does not cancel the plan on its own; if your request is refused, any paused instalments are charged on the next due date.

(d) What is not refundable

Refund requests made after the 14-day period, or where the steps in (a) and (b) have not been completed, are not eligible under this guarantee. We also do not refund:

• enrolments ended because of a serious breach of these Terms or our community rules (see section 9);
• amounts already paid where your enrolment is cancelled for a missed payment on a payment plan (see section 5);
• community membership fees for a billing period that has already started (see section 6).

(e) Your statutory rights

Nothing in this refund policy limits or removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live (for example the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer rights in the UK and EU). Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.

(f) Disputes with your card issuer

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer; almost every problem can be sorted out faster by email. If you open a chargeback while a refund request is being considered or after a refund has been approved, we may pause your access until the dispute is resolved, and we will give the card issuer the evidence of your purchase, access and course activity. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under (e).

8. Intellectual property and licence

All Course materials, including lessons, recordings, written materials, templates, and the plugin with its skills, tools and configuration, are owned by Ai With Remy LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning and your own work, including the export rights described in section 3.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share access to the materials, the plugin or the community, or use them to build a competing course or product. The system you build with the Course, including the context you write about your own business, is yours.

9. Community rules and conduct

The private community is there to help you build. Treat other members and the team with respect. We may remove content, or suspend or remove a member, for harassment, spam, sharing access, leaking materials, or other behaviour that harms the community. If we remove you for a serious breach of these Terms or the community rules, you are not entitled to a refund.

10. Educational purpose, results and AI tools

The Course is educational. It teaches you how to build and use an AI Operating System; it does not guarantee any particular financial result, income or outcome. What you get out of the Course depends on the work you put in.

Third-party AI tools and services used in the Course are provided by their own vendors under their own terms and pricing, which may change. The plugin and Skills run AI agents that can read, write and change information in the tools you connect. You decide what to connect, you are responsible for checking what the agents do in your systems, and you should keep backups of important data. We do not control third-party AI tools and are not responsible for what they do or for changes to your data.

11. Changes to the Course

We may update, add to or replace lessons, the plugin and other materials during your 12-month period, and will tell you about significant changes. The Course teaches a method built around tools that change often; specific tools shown in the lessons may be updated or replaced over time.

If we stop providing the Course or the community before your included period ends, we will give you the export described in section 3 and refund a fair proportion of what you paid for the unused part.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ai With Remy LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Course, the plugin or the community. We are also not responsible for the actions of third-party AI tools, or for changes to data in systems you choose to connect to them (see section 10).

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you enrolled. We post the current version on this page with its effective date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Wyoming have non-exclusive jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (see section 7(e)).

Schedule: limited-time price, 26 September to 6 October 2026

This Schedule applies to purchases completed from 26 September 2026 until 11:00 a.m. EDT on 6 October 2026 (11:00 p.m. in Bali) with the promotion code SAVE1000 applied. It forms part of these Terms for those purchases and does not apply to any other purchase. Everything else in sections 1 to 15 applies to these purchases in the usual way.

Limited-time price

The limited-time price is US$1,997 paid in full, a US$1,000 saving on the standard price of US$2,997, or 4 weekly payments of US$547 (US$2,188 in total) under the payment plan, two fewer payments than the standard plan of 6 weekly payments of US$547 (see section 5). The code is applied automatically from our order page and at checkout while the price runs. The limited-time price is not available after the deadline, without the code, or on the balance payments of earlier deposit purchases (see section 2).

What is included

Purchases under this Schedule include everything in section 3, including 3 months of The AI Community, after which membership continues at US$147 per month unless you cancel (see section 6). No launch bonuses are included: the extra community months, onboarding call and additional team seat described in the launch offer Schedule below applied only to purchases in the launch window of 16 to 24 September 2026.

Schedule: launch offer, 16 to 24 September 2026

This Schedule applies to purchases completed between 11:00 a.m. EDT on 16 September 2026 and 11:00 a.m. EDT on 24 September 2026 with the launch promotion code applied. It forms part of these Terms for those purchases and does not apply to any other purchase. Everything else in sections 1 to 15 applies to launch purchases in the usual way.

Launch price

The launch price is US$1,497 for the Course, a US$500 saving on the standard price of US$1,997, applied by the launch promotion code at checkout (see section 5). If you choose the payment plan, the discount is applied to the plan total shown at checkout. The launch price is not available on the balance payments of earlier deposit purchases (see section 2).

Launch bonuses and the 7-day claim window

The three bonuses below must be claimed within 7 days of your purchase where a claim is required. This is a firm deadline: after 7 days the booking link and the nomination method stop working, the unclaimed bonus lapses, and it cannot be reinstated, exchanged or refunded. The 7 days run from the time of purchase regardless of when you accept your invitation or start the course.

In addition to section 3, your enrolment includes:

• Three extra months of The AI Community, giving you six months in total of Community, Office Hours, Masterclasses and Library access before the paid membership in section 6 begins.
• One private 10-minute onboarding call with Remy. You must book the call within 7 days of purchase using the booking link we send you. After those 7 days the call can no longer be booked and the bonus lapses.
• One additional team seat for one named person from your team. You must nominate that person within 7 days of purchase by the method we send you. After those 7 days the seat can no longer be assigned and the bonus lapses. The seat is subject to section 4: the seat holder gets course access and 1 month of community access.

The launch bonuses are not available on purchases made outside these dates, without the code, or on the balance payments of earlier deposit purchases (see section 2).
